To further drive and expand growth, Infotech is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager Utilities to operate within the European market space.
Aufgabengebiet
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts with specific focus on "must have accounts", achieve quarterly and annual order intake targets
- Build deep and long-term relationships within the DSO/TSO industry
- Identify and articulate opportunities in these markets for both existing and new services
- Engage with must have accounts on a regular basis, creating strong awareness of Infotech's services, strengths and capabilities to address their business requirements
- Identify partners with whom collaboration will benefit Infotech's business or specific bid opportunities
- Work in close cooperation with internal bid team to ensure the submission of high quality proposals to address specific opportunities
- Provide guidance to support strategy and local prospecting tactics; participate in local events to promote the company and broaden industry network
- Facilitate periodic interaction between customers/prospects and senior Infotech stakeholders in business development, operations, practice, alliances and strategy functions
- Ensure sales pipeline and order status are regulalry updated in sales forecasting system; provide periodic reports to the business
- Identify barriers/risks that could lead to problems once the new market/account is operational and proactively implement solutions
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor or University degree
- 8+ years of business development/sales experience
- Active and reliable network within the DSO/TSO industry
- Ideally have some background or exposure in one or more of these areas: Geospatial, distribution management, control center operations, SCADA, outage management, workforce scheduling applications
- Proven track record in business development
- International sales experience in a similar role
- Excellent commercial and solution-selling skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
Vergütungspaket
- € 80.000 - €100.000 including sales commission
- Company health plan and travel insurance
- Eligible for employee stock option plan after first year, based on performance
