Aufgabengebiet
- Travel regularly to the Czech Republic as well as to other countries in Eastern Europe in order to take part in client meetings and lead candidate interviews
- Identify new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client database
- Manage recruitment processes from initial interview to offer stage
- Develop a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search
- Focus on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management

Anforderungsprofil
- Previous experience in the sales area and/or in the recruitment business
- Strong networking and client development abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong commercial business acumen
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- Readiness to travel and work hard, across different cultures and languages in a very challenging and competitive environment
- Fluent in Czech and English; German would be a plus
