Aufgabengebiet
Reporting directly to the US based Director of Internal Audit, this position resides in Europe. Individual responsibilities include managing internal audit activities in support of European operations; assessing risks and conducting operational and internal control reviews within countries, functions and suppliers; and providing Management with an independent assessment of the adequacy of the internal control environment and the effectiveness of the Company's operations within Europe. The position manages a team of seven and is considered as the potential first step on a development path to senior management.

Anforderungsprofil
o Clearly demonstrable managerial level experience within an internal or external audit team.
o Experience in the internal audit function of a major multinational company preferred.
o Shared Services or large-scale IT Implementation experience a plus.
o ACA, CA certification is strongly preferred; others are a plus (such as CIA, CISA, CIMA) or international equivalents.
o Highly motivated and possesses a strong understanding of business/internal controls and processes
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to travel up to 40%

Vergütungspaket
£60,000 to £75,000 with added benefits such as a London allowance, car allowance, bonus, pension, private health and long term benefits schemes.
