With their regional HQ located in Prague, our client is a market leading business services organisation that has experienced exceptional growth and development over recent years. This multi site business has developed an exceptional brand in their niche sector that is very much underpinned by client service. The mandate is to continue to develop market penetration across the UK. HR is critical to the ongoing success of the business and as a result there is a need to appoint an HR Director.
Aufgabengebiet
Reporting to the CEO the key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and deploying a comprehensive HR Strategy that will focus heavily on all aspects of talent management.
• Managing and developing a small HR team ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive HR service that embraces best practice.
• Taking responsibility for re engineering all aspects of resourcing and introduce structured learning and development initiatives that will underpin succession planning.
• Managing cultural change programmes that further engenders a client service focus.
• Ensuring the delivery of a broad operational HR service to this high growth business.
• Operating as a key member of the senior management team implement programmes and initiatives that will have an impact on the effectiveness and profitability of the business.
Anforderungsprofil
Prospective candidates will be of graduate calibre, highly qualified with a demonstrable track record in HR ideally gained in sales and service led sectors such as hospitality, retail or business services.
You will have an outstanding commercial awareness and the ability to initiate programmes that will significantly improve operational efficiencies and profitability. In addition, experience in all aspects of resourcing, learning and development with exposure to cultural change programmes would be advantageous. Of equal importance are strong leadership skills coupled with the professional credibility to influence at all levels.
Important: Hungarian language skills necessary
