The company invests in employee development training and sales resources to achieve its high standards. Until now, this hardware and software market leader sold primarily direct to the customer. It has now opened indirect channels to support its direct model. One of these channels will be the the channel responsible for developing its O.E.M. business in EMEA.
Aufgabengebiet
- Lead development of new and existing OEM business in assigned territories and account/prospect bases
- Be face of the company's OEM business with customer building multi-level customer relationships
- Proactively communicate and sell its full range of products and OEM services.
- Build and manage pipeline of opportunities
- Providing all forecasts/updates required by sales management to required deadlines
- Achieve quarterly financial targets, metrics & objectives
- Consistently deliver a great customer experience
- Work closely with aligned team of internal sales, program management & solutions resources.
- Working closely with direct account managers & sales managers of the accounts we are selling OEM business to
Anforderungsprofil
- Proven face to face sales track record
- OEM sales experience highly desirable
- Strong drive for results,
- Focus on consistently delivering a great customer experience
- Team player & leader
- Capable of designing account plans and strategies to win OEM business
- Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly learn new product and technical offerings
- Fluent English as well as German
- Willingness to travel internationally
