Our Client is a globally leading pharmaceutical company.
Aufgabengebiet
- The responsibility over the marketing & sales management for the OTC business in the Ukrainian branch of our client
- To lead a sales&marketing team of 120 employees
- To develop and implement the sales strategy & objectives in order to achieve growth in terms of top-lines, sales volume, market share, profitability, numeric distribution and coverage of the customers network.
- To drive and ensure deep & constant customer understanding, market and competitors knowledge.
- To build middle and long term goals in line with our clients objectives and vision and in line with local needs of the market and customers.
- To ensure the harmonization and compliance between the Ukraine strategy and the Group overall strategy, while delivering excellent business results & best practices.
- To ensure good positions of the company within the Ukraine sales community and to contribute to the development of the Ukraine market within sales
Anforderungsprofil
- University degree
- 6+ years Sales Management Experience (preferably in pharma sector)
- Previous international assignment/intensive projects would be a plus
- Ability to set up and implement Commercial Policies and to animate a distributors network
- Ability to persist in the face of difficult business environment and under high pressure/stress.
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
- Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues and make strategic decisions.
- Dedicated to improving results
- Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
- Coaching & people management skills
- Presentation and facilitation skills
-Computer literacy (MS Office software).
- Native Ukrainian in combination with fluent English
You report directly to the Country Manager Ukraine and will bring a resultoriented and hands on personality with exceptionel people and communications skills.
Several relevant years of experience in OTC Sales & Marketing or FMCG will be requirement for this position.
Strong English fluency and Ukrainian native skills are necessary
